Working with Holly Miles

Once a consultation has been booked you will be sent a health questionnaire and a 3-day diet diary.  These will need completing and returning at least one day before the consultation, in order that I can study your case ahead of the consultation. The initial consultation lasts approximately 90-minutes during which time you will be asked detailed questions about your current health concerns or goals, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, medical history, family history, lifestyle, levels of physical activity, use of medication, supplements and diet.   This information will enable me to evaluate your individual needs and develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme for you.  Clients wishing to undertake a DNA test as part of my weight loss programme complete this test during the consultation, I then arrange for the sample to be sent off to the lab.

Following this consultation, you will be provided with a pack of information which will include specific information about the foods to include or exclude from your diet, details of any recommended supplements (optional) and information on any lifestyle changes which were discussed during the consultation.  Menu ideas can also be provided if required.
