30-day Weight Loss Programme
Personalised programmes designed to get you started on your weight loss journey. Whilst the main focus of a personalised programme is to find the most appropriate “diet” for you (based on current health, personal preferences and your weight loss goals) these programmes also look at a range of other lifestyle factors which are strongly associated with achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, including sleep, activity levels and managing stress.
- A review of your existing diet and lifestyle, plus any existing health conditions/symptoms.
- Tanita body composition analysis to track progress – Measuring Total Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Visceral Fat, Bone Mass, Muscle Mass, Physique Rating, Basal Metabolic Rate, Metabolic Age and Hydration.
- Personalised dietary advice designed to meet your personal nutritional needs and fit into your life.
- Advice on lifestyle factors associated with weight management including stress, activity levels and sleep.
- On-going coaching support to help you overcome any personal barriers, develop healthier habits and get the most out of your programme.
- Advice on nutritional supplements or tests if appropriate (supplements and tests not included in the price).
- 1 x 90-minute initial consultation
- 2 x 60-minute follow-up consultations
- Access to Holly Miles via text and email for the duration of the programme if you have a quick question between sessions.
Price of the initial 30-day programme is £245. To extend the programme beyond 30 days, additional follow-up sessions are charged at £60/hour, or £220 for a block of four sessions.
